Return and Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event your jewellery isn’t what you expected, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging.

If you accidentally break your jewellery, I'm afraid I cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear, or any accidental damage that may occur. I would however be happy to assist with any repairs at a small cost.

Please take special note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.

All returned items must be provided in a wholly resalable condition in their original packaging. The customer is fully liable for return postage and delivery costs unless items are faulty or incorrect.
